Non-profit groups creating a social enterprise can be challenging. I have worked with a network of 1100 nonprofit organizations to create social ventures. I have used low-income or for-profit with program related income services. This consulting service will assist nonprofit executive management, program managers, and board of directors through the steps of creating, funding, managing, marketing, and operating a social enterprise.
